I do think the racial mixing or replacement can be contributing
how much also is brain drain of high IQ people being brainwashed to not have kids and pursue career and a child or two (and use contraception)?
while poorer dumber people with less impulse control just have kids and have the government fund their fertility if they can’t
(not that I’m hating on the poor, I’m more mad that “smart” people are being brainwashed to not have kids)
